Laser cutting
Laser parts are characterized by precise material removal and sharp edges, making them suitable for both small and large-scale production.
Bending
The bending and folding of metal sheets and tubes is a chip-free forming technique, considered one of the most economical methods for creating three-dimensional components.

Surface treatment options for metal sheets
Surface treatment is performed after machining and can alter the appearance, surface roughness,
hardness, and chemical resistance of the produced parts.

Standard
This is our standard surface treatment. Parts are delivered cut and bent, with no additional processing required. Sharp edges are smoothed and deburred for safe handling.

Bead blasted
The parts are glass bead blasted to create a granular texture. Sharp edges are broken and deburred to ensure safe operation.

Brushed
After cutting and bending, the parts are hand-scrubbed with 180-grit sandpaper. Sharp edges are broken and deburred for safe handling. This process is ideal for reducing the surface roughness of the parts.

Anodizing
A layer of aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) is formed on the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloys. This oxide layer provides protective, decorative, insulating, and wear-resistant properties.

Powder coating
Powder coating is applied using electrostatic spray to the surface of the object, then cured under heat to form a tough layer. It is resistant to corrosion, wear, and UV damage.

Electroplating
Metal ions are deposited onto the metal surface through an electrolytic reaction, improving appearance and corrosion resistance. This process is commonly used for nickel plating, chrome plating, gold plating, and more.
