CNC Machining Service
Through a network of professional and experienced CNC machining workshops, we provide on-demand CNC machining services for rapid prototyping and production parts.
Our CNC Machining Service Capabilities
We manufacture all types of CNC parts, from simple “as-machined” fixtures to complex geometries. Our partners operate a wide range of CNC milling and turning centers, with EDM and grinding available upon request. We offer tolerances as tight as ±0.020 mm (±0.001 in) and lead times starting from 3 business days.

3 & 4 axis CNC milling
3-axis and 4-axis machining capabilities, ideal for simple geometries.

5-axis CNC Machining
5-axis machining capabilities, suitable for more complex parts, with tolerances close to perfection.

CNC turning
Lathes are suitable for machining circular products, offering higher efficiency.

Our Manufacturing Capabilities
Meisisen serves a diverse range of industries, including LED lighting, central monitoring, medical equipment, industrial design, marine engineering,
and sports equipment. We work with various materials such as aluminum, steel, stainless steel, POM, PEEK, brass, and titanium.

Aluminum
Aluminum alloys have good strength, high thermal and electrical conductivity, low density, and natural corrosion resistance. They can also undergo anodizing treatment.

Stainless steel
Stainless steel alloys offer high strength, flexibility, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, and they are easy to weld, machine, and polish.

Brass
A metal alloy with great machinability and excellent conductivity, making it perfect for applications that require low friction.

Titanium
A metal that offers an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio, low thermal expansion, high corrosion resistance, and is sterilizable and biocompatible.

CNC Machining FAQs
CNC machining is widely used across industrial sectors
Produces precision engine components and structural parts for automotive and aerospace industries
Manufactures medical devices and implants for healthcare sector
Fabricates enclosures and circuit boards for electronics
Creates molds and custom parts with consistent precision

Standard lead time:
– Small batch (1-50pcs): 1-5 working days
– Large batch (50+pcs): 7-15 working days
Expedited service available (extra cost)
Note: Actual delivery time depends on order complexity
Depends on machine specifications:
– Standard 3-axis CNC:
X-axis: 2000mm
Y-axis: 800mm
Z-axis: 500mm
– 5-axis CNC:
Diameter: Ø1500mm
Height: 800mm
Oversized parts can be segmented and assembled
