Injection Molding Services

This method involves injecting molten plastic material into a mold, where it cools and solidifies to form the required shape.

Plastic Injection Molding Services

delivers custom injection molding, from on-demand prototypes to production molding. we manufacture high-quality plastic molded parts of any size

or complexity.we ensure the efficient delivery of complex, high-quality parts.

Injection Mold Tooling

Injection molding injects thermoplastic into molds under high pressure, perfect for mass production.

Overmolding

A manufacturing process where a part is molded around a pre-installed insert in the mold.

Insert Molding

A manufacturing process where a part is molded around a pre-installed insert in the mold.

Tooling - prototyping vs production

Prototyping

Ideal for rapid prototyping and low-volume production

  • Tool shot life – 1k to 100k units

  • Fast turnaround and cost-efficient construction

  • Aluminum or steel

Production

Longer-lasting tooling for larger volumes

  • Tool shot life – 100k to 1M units

  • Automated production for cost-efficiency at higher volumes

  • Hardened steel for longer life and a scalable unit price

Secondary operations

We offer various secondary operations, such as painting and heat tapping inserts. You can specify your required secondary operations in the “custom requirements” section of your quote request. Here are some examples of the secondary services we provide:

Injection Molding FAQs

Injection molding is ideal for high-volume production due to the upfront tooling investment. Our mold pricing starts at $1000, varying based on part geometry and complexity. Other cost factors include material selection and lead time.

We offer on-demand manufacturing with production tooling options, providing several advantages: lower part costs, multi-cavity capability, lifetime tool guarantee (we replace worn tools at no cost), and first article inspection.

Depends on machine capacity:
– Standard machines:
  500×500×300mm (L×W×H)
– Large two-shot machines:
  1500×800×500mm
Oversized parts can be molded in sections and assembled
⚠️ 3D file required for feasibility check

We typically achieve a machining tolerance of ±0.003 in. (0.08mm), with an additional resin tolerance of at least ±0.002 in./in. (0.002mm/mm).
